Prof. Dr. Balasundram Maniam

Dr. Maniam received his Ph.D. in Finance from The University of Mississippi, USA and his MBA from Arkansas State University, USA. He worked at Standard Chartered Bank prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, also from Arkansas State University. He started his teaching career in 1991 at Texas A&M International University as an assistant professor of Finance. He joined Sam Houston State University in 1997 where he moved through the ranks to eventually become full professor in 2006. He also served as the chair of Finance in the College of Business at Sam Houston State University from 2008-2011. Along the way, Dr. Bala Maniam received numerous awards and honors.
Dr. Maniam has received numerous awards and designated in his twenty seven of teaching career. He was designated as the Texas State University System Regents’ Professor in 2013, and as Distinguished Professor of Finance in 2015. He also received the Sam Houston State University’s Excellence in Teaching award in 2008, and the Excellence in Research award in 2003 and numerous other awards for teaching, research and service
He has been very active in various capacities within professional organizations. He serve as the Associate Editor for the SMART Journal of Business Management Studies, and is on the Editorial Boards of several journals including the Journal of Business and Behavioral Sciences, The Journal of American Business Review, Cambridge, The Business Review, Cambridge, and The Journal of American Academy of Business, Cambridge. He also served as the Editor of the Journal of International Business Research from 2001-2017. Dr. Maniam has published over one hundred and seventy five articles in various peer-reviewed journals and has presented over three hundred articles in various international and national conferences.
Prof Dr Mohd Jamil bin Yaacob

Prof Dr Mohd Jamil is a dean and professor of Psychiatry, Kulliyah of Medicine and Health Sciences of University Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah (UniSHAMS). Prof Dr Mohd Jamil took his diploma and master in Malaysia National University, MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) in King College, University Of London, Dr in Psychiatry in Malaysia National University and complete his studies at Academy of Medicine Malaysia. Prof Dr Mohd Jamil begin his career as houseman in 1987 at Taiping Hospital. After that, he become Medical and Health Officer. In 1992 until 1996 he become Trainee Psychiatry at Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Hospital Bahagia, Perak. He started as psychiatrist in 1997-1998 at Hospital Permai, Johor Bahru.
In 1998 he begin to involved in education as he become lecturer in University Science Malaysia. In 2014, he moved to AIMST University and become Professor of Psychiatry there. On 2016 until now he served as Dean and Professor of Psychiatry at Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah.His research areas and grants focus on psychometric property, epidemiology, child and adolescent psychiatry.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahar bin Hj Jusoh
Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia
Muhammad Shahar Jusoh is Associate Professor at School of Business Innovations and Technopreneurship, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). His duties include teaching, supervising, conducting research and administration. He is also an instructor for Performance Measurement and Management using Rasch Measurement Model courses. Prior to joining UniMAP, Muhammad Shahar was responsible for teaching and supervising such related subjects; such as Quality Management, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management and Operational Management. His previous experience includes lecturer at KUTPM, among the biggest private higher education in Malaysia, and two years in junior consultant positions at Total Quality Management based organization, among the clients served are the multinational company in Malaysia. Muhammad Shahar holds a Bachelor (Honors) in Business Administration, MSc in Information Management and PhD in Quality Management and is a member of The Rasch Measurement Model Malaysian Chapter and assessment panel for Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) in the area of Management and Administration. His research areas and grants focus on enterpreneurship, performance measurement and operational management worth more than RM2.5 million in total. In addition, he produced quite a few copyrighted and won several medal at national and international exhibition.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jessica Ong Hai Liaw

Dr. Jessica Ong Hai Liaw is an Associate Professor and Deputy Dean of Administration and Students Affairs in Faculty of Defence Studies and Management, National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM). She is attached in Department of Nationhood, Leadership and Civilisation.
Jessica received her Certificate Education in English Language Studies, Year 1999 at InstitutPerguruanDarulaman, Kedah, Malaysia. Her first degree in History and Anthropology & Sociology from UniversitiSains Malaysia in Year 2001. She then pursued her Master Degree in Malay Language Studies in Year 2007 in Universiti Putra Malaysia and she was the program's best student. Her Ph.D. degree in Year 2010 research on Linguistics Communication Amongst Autistic Children Via Casual Talk Method.
She was awarded a Ph.D. degree in May 2010. Her expertise is related to Malay language in psycholinguistics, communications and applied linguistics. She is also expertise in media management, public relations, ethnic relations and corporate communication.Jessica is also a part-time Newscaster and TV Host in Radio Television Malaysia (RTM). She also does emcees for government and private events.
She is appointed to be the Assoc. Editor in Chief of International Journal in Business and Management (RMP Publications) and the Editorial board member for International Journals of Advanced Scientific Research and Management (IJASRM) and active as reviewers in government research and writing journals and translated book.
She was a Media Advisor in National Professor Council from 2011 until 2014. Currently, she is also appointed by some company as a Research and Policy Advisor, Project Advisor, MARCOM and Public Relations Advisor and Media.She is active in NGO’s and CSR projects was appointed as Ambassador for Persatuan PesakitKanak-kanak(PEKA) Hospital UniversitiSains Malaysia.
Currently, she is the Deputy Chairman for Persatuan Pembangunan PendudukMalaysia (PPPM) and committee for Malaysian Media Property Awards and Young Professionals TheChartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Malaysia.She was awarded as Chartered Member (CMILT) from The International Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Jessica has her own newspaper column “Lekat di Hati” in Utusan Malaysiafrom year 2012. Her books title .Kaedah Santai Tuturuntuk Kanak-kanak Autisme (2012), Memori Seorang Jeneral (2016) dan Minda Jessica (2017).
